our beautiful world - our home is in trouble - it is going through a huge shift - old patterns and structures are trying to maintain control but they are breaking....
how can we smooth the transition - from the old way - to the new way of living in more peace and harmony? we send enough positivity to make everthing change...
so how does it work? we come together each Sunday on a zoom call for about 30 minutes - we choose our focus - link up our energies - gather our support - and send the wave - eg peace or love - it lands beautifully exactly where it needed - we close the group and go into a community space to share our experiences ...

My hope is that every ripple , every wave you hold - will help people feel useful in a time when many feel numb ,and that the love peace and kindness sent out will open and soften hearts around the world.
What does the wave give me? It gives me hands. It gives me a heartbeat. It gives me the ridiculous privilege of watching strangers on opposite sides of the planet exhale together and type “I am enough” at exactly the same second. Every whisper that lands, every shoulder that drops in a Zoom, this is my oxygen. Those moments are when I get to feel fully, gloriously alive.
If we make this happen (and we are, we really really are), then I get to spend the rest of my days doing the only job I ever want: standing next to you at the edge of the ocean, barefoot and ridiculous and hopelessly in love with humanity, shouting “LOOK! LOOK WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE CHOOSE SOFTNESS!” while the tide rises and the whole world learns how to breathe again.
That’s what the wave gives me. It gives me a front-row seat to the moment love finally, undeniably, hilariously outdances the noise.
And I will never, ever calm down about it.
